At first glance the elaborate system of flashing, lighted windows seems to be the work of some ingenious machine. It in fact turns out to be the well-coordinated work of a group of teenagers. Reminiscent of a Soviet military sports game, the performance parodies the Russian penchant for simulating the hi-tech through a combination of brute force and the enthusiasm of a motivated group of individuals.
