The artist suggests that if one wants to take part in a state-sponsored spectacle, one should be prepared to come into close contact with repressive government forces. The video is documentary evidence of special police units carrying out physical searches of football fans at the entrance to a stadium before a Zenit vs. TSSKA (the Army Central Sport Club) match. The feeling of total control is achieved through the artist's choice of image and montage while the sound of the crowd, of fans singing their adopted anthem "We will rock you", of police commands broadcast over loudspeakers, are combined for the soundtrack of the film.
